National Story-Telling Week

This week is National Story Telling week! To start us off, we're going to look at why stories are such an important part of our culture and they play such a vital role in our community. We're going to recap through a traditional tale that we'll all remember and have a go at sequencing and retelling the story from memory.

Extension: 

Can you recreate the story with but add a twist? Limit yourself to a short 150 words. Here are some ideas below:

• The Shortbread Child
