Well-being

Miss Rooney put together a fantastic assembly this week; it was all about happiness and how the items/things that we think would make us happy, don't necessarily give us long-term satisfaction. 

This afternoon, I would like you to pick one (or more!) of the activities suggested in Miss Rooney's assembly and complete it. Treat it as any other sort of learning: still aim for a high standard of presentation and consider your author if you write.
